Alex (Fan Siu Wong) is a construction worker who turns to the boxing world to earn a buck. The going is rough, and Alex frequently lands in the hospital, but when he begins training with Yu Wing Kwong, his skills improve dramatically. Eventually, Alex gets a shot at the boxing championship, but with his health possibly at risk - and his girlfriend crying for him to stop fighting - will Alex choose to leave his boxing dreams unfulfilled? Femeale fighting favorite Cynthia Khan puts in an appearance as another fighter who teaches Alex a few choice moves.
