Liu He Quan is a simple, practical two-man form that emphasizes various techniques of attack and defense. While performing the routine, each side alternately attacks and defends, effectively training students in the various nuances of each. As a two-man form, the objective is not to 'win' over the other, but rather to hone one's own awareness in actual combat.
This video has the added advantage of English subtitles, as well as an NTSC format, making this more accessible to American students of Shaolin martial arts.
