Since I never read Liang Yusheng's novel for this TV serires, I can't tell if it was horribly butchered as stated by reviewer Anonymous. Without another same TV series that was not butchered, it's not fair to criticize this TV series. Let it stand alone for viewing. I enjoyed it and comparing other TV series, it still amoung my top 20 amoung hundreds.

Horribly butchered Customer Review Rated Bad 0 - 0 out of 10
This is one of the better Liang Yusheng novels, although you wouldn't be able to tell from the terribly butchered drama. The female lead is too old to play the part in the novel, the male lead comes off like an retard, and the dialog is just plain horrendous. If you're a fan of the novel, don't waste your time.

Apart from the movie Seven Swordsmen...this moive was really good...the characters were great...I especially liked Wallace Zhong Han Liang, & He Mei Tian character...n they made such a cute couple...also Johnny n Stephanie made a very cute couple too...but i just have one question...was the movie like the summary from the back of the movie cover?...
