Good purcase Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
After being a fan of him for nearly 8-9 years now, I have finally bought my own concert of his, this being my first one (95 being a pirate copy), but its a good dvd. Can tell that they have used HD recording equipment to capture the entire concert. But unlucky for the buyers that got the Blu-ray, hopefully Yesasia don't make that kind of mistake of misleading customers again to buy a Blu-ray that can only be played on PAL or NTSC players.

This is a must buy on Blu-Ray. The Video is just amazing, however it is only 1080i but still it looks amazing. Audio is also nice and clear :)

Why in PAL Format??? Customer Review Rated Bad 0 - 0 out of 10
The Jacky Cheung 07 Concert is one of his best in recent memory, and it is a must buy (in DVD format). Unfortunately this review is about the Blu-Ray version, and I have to give it a 0 out of 10 because it is in PAL format. Just like the other reviewers before me, we are all upset at the fact that they would release a PAL format for this concert instead of NTSC. And to top it all off, they would sell it to customers here in the US, knowing that most of us don't have PAL Blu-Ray players. I got lucked out because I contacted customer service and they gave me the, "here's our policy" speech, and said that if I wanted a refund I will have to pay shipping back to Hong Kong.

Beware the audio bd of this title it is just 4.1 the center channel recording is missing. The vocal is divert to front left and right speaker... kind of disappointed

Beaware! this is PAL. Customer Review Rated Bad 0 - 0 out of 10
What is the studio thinking? Even this is a all region code disc, this is a PAL system disc that most of us in US cannot play. Even in HK, most of the people will have a Mulit-System instead of PAL only. Who is the person buying a PAL Blu-ray player or PS3?. I am very disappointed about the studio's decision on the format. I bought all of my blu-ray concerts from yesasia and this is the only one in PAL. Luckily, I discover this and did not open the disc. Yesasia is excellent in its customer service and give me a full refund credit.

 MISLEADING!!!! Customer Review Rated Bad 2 - 2 out of 10
Bought it and the back of the box said This Blu-ray Disc is only playable on PS3 or PAL system compatible Blu-ray Player. So makes people like me think it would work for every ps3 but only work for some Pal Blu ray player. Bought it and can't watch it! I bought almost all the chinese blu ray concert on the market and this is the only or first one I saw that made it in PAL. WHY?

As this concert was recorded in HK, the song rundown are mostly cantonese songs, with some mandarin songs and a mini mandarin musical play with songs from Snow Wolf Lake and Perhaps Love. For those who have watched Snow Wolf Lake, please dont expect a 'wow' from this mini musical. However Jacky really did a fantastic job in his performance. Bravo!

The audio and video recording quality in Disc 1-3 was awesome! The show was captured on HD cameras and its fantastic. There is no lyrics display option for Disc 1-3. The only thing that I dont really enjoy is how some part of the video editing was done. Some cut off scene have some distracting element and the cut off scene has some minor issues of audio sync. I notice some audience tried to sing along with Jacky, but the audience mouth is not sync with the part of the song. Anyhow, please dont let this small issue affect your buying decision. On disc 4, its the Karaoke disc where they have the lyris displayed and you have the option to choose karaoke or to listen to Jacky's singing. The video quality is a bit compressed compare to disc 1-3, since its fitting 3 hours of show into 1 karaoke disc. Anyhow, it's a GOOD BUY! Get yours today!

 An Amazing Performer! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This tour was our first Jacky concert (we saw him in Vegas) and he was just amazing. He sang both Canto and Mandarin songs, which appealed to both our tastes. He was also quite an entertainer with his acting and frequent personal speeches. We like the fact that he not only sang, but the performance was interwoven with a dramatic story line ("snow wolf lake"). Amazing voice.

Lots of dancing from Jacky, which was unexpected. Liked the good mix of song choices. I'm not into Mandarin songs and was disappointed with the "musical" part of the concert which was done in all Mandarin songs. Otherwise, great concert!
