Stereophile Mimi Lo Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
In every respect Mimi's second album on Rock In is an improvement over her first one. The recording has more body and texture. As usual with Rock In, the balance is a bit leaning toward the high end of the spectrum. This time, the piano does not sound too light, to say the least. The triangle (hallmark of Rock In recording) and guitar are all the more impressive in terms of effect. This is one of the most successful local Hong Kong stereophile production in the pop category so far. Standards for different tracks are stable. Most important of all, Mimi's singing sounds more natural compared to her first try. She is noticeably more relaxed and is enjoying her own singing. Her rendition of Sam Hui's old pop conveys the charm with ease. In contrast, I don't think she lives up to the promise of those originals by Anita Mui and George Lam. All the other tracks are very enjoyable.

Great CD! Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
This is probably one of the best recording for HK pop music. Mimi's singing skill is not the greatest but for the stereophiles out there, this is a must have CD with great sound. Also, Mimi at least is a somewhat known artist from HK and not one of those no name performer from China. *Warning* you need at least a half decent stereo system to appreciate this CD and understand why people would buy such a CD

"This song is for you" Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This is a great cd for those Hi-Fi lovers who want to experience the 3D gorgeous sense surround sounds. Most of the song came from the 80's most popular music in Hong Kong. For those of you that need a bit of flash back in the 80's or those forgotten sweet memory try this CD cause it may bring you back to where you want.

I really don't see the need to purchase Mimi Lo's albums because all she does is re-sing other's songs... i mean why pay to buy an album of someone who just copies other singers songs? if she's that good of a singer, then she should just have original songs composed for her la...
