when i saw the first part of the film it was very funny that the story when the brother of a gengster can fall in love with a girl that always angry and sometimes she a friendly girl but if something will make her mad she will beeeee very angry with her cute face .i see this film because lee wei is my idol but when i see this film i was very happy and laught at the film because at the end of the film that all of lee wei letter put as a news at the restorant that they opened ,at this film lee wei isn't a gentle but he is rought and mistirius guy when he met the girl at the firt time .thats all for my story about this film and i hope lee wei will come again to medan at january

best movie i ever watched Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
i like this movie because it's very realistic. Cute guys do go out with ugly girls. I amitted it was kind of slow in the begining but it get's better in the end and the only thing i don't like about it was xun keep wearing the same pans. Lee wei got chased by his brother's gang member because he didn't want to go to college when he was running he though of a plan and turn back to kiss a stranger that was standing by name xun but he still got caught and got sent back. Lee wei also kissed xun's sister which i thought it wasn't right because their kiss was more romantic than kissing with xun. Even though he can't fight but i think atleast they didn't have to make him be that bad of a fighter. Xun got a best friend name pei ling, pei ling got some kind of sickness which keeps her thinking that she will died every summer. Lee wei's brother name lee xong who loves someone that he grew up with but she's a police. They would of have a happy ending but Lee xong's best friend who also works for lee xong for 20years plan to kill her on his brithday which it did worked. It turns everyone's life around. Well in the end xun left to canada for her dream career which lee wei promiss her that he will wait for her.

Toast Boy Kiss was such a good movie...Though Li Kang Yi is not a very pretty actress, she has amazing talents...I love the conflict between Lee Wei and Xiao Xun, it is just so cute...I also love Ah Pang's dog Toast...its so cute. I love this series and I don't think it should be compared to Meteor Garden because they are both different movies. Lee Wei is so handsome and Niu Cheng Ze is so funny! Too bad he commits suicide in TBK 2...I highly recommend this movie! I love TBK series! I LOVE F4...

just complete watching toast boy's kiss a few weeks ago. have to say i am impressed by lee wei's and li kang yi's acting ability. this is the 1st time i have seen them act and i was totally surprised that they are 2 newcomers. the story plot is excitind and loved the soundtrack. the story plot is unique compared to others taiwanese show which i have watched, i think it's more realistic and there are certainly lots of lesson we can learn from TB'K. from friendship, respect, love relationship and modesty. the director managed to include humour into the series without skewing the main story plot too much. overall, well don to the cast!

p.s: i can't help but watched toast boy's kiss 2 rite after TB'K 1. haha! what do i think of it......read my review under TB'K 2.

TOAST BOY'S KISS starring LEE WEI Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
Toast Boy stars Lee Wei (as Lee Wei) and Li Kang Yi (as Xiao Xun). In the beginning of the first VCD, Xiao Xun's parents have gone bankrupt and are fleeing to Canada. While they are packing their belongings, Xiao Xun keeps filming them with a DV. Chanel is Xiao Xun's older sister who likes shopping and hanging out with her boyfriend named Second. Then there is a substory about a triad group and the boss of the triad group is Shong Ge who is in love with a police woman named Mimi. Lee Wei is Shong Ge's younger brother who does not like going to school and enjoys getting into fights. But the problem is, Lee Wei is not a good fighter at all. He usually uses his assistant Dah Mao and body guards to fight for him. Shong Ge tries very hard to convince Lee Wei to go to school. One day, Lee Wei was being chased by a triad group that is against his brother's group. In order to divert the group from chasing after him, he kissed Xiao Xun in the middle of the street. Lee Wei does not know her and Xiao Xun does not know him. When the bad guys run away, he lets go of her and runs. She is mad as hell that he kissed her because he is a stranger and this was her first kiss. Later, Lee Wei ends up living with Xiao Xun, Chanel, and Pei Li (Pei Li is Xiao Xun's friend whose mother is in Japan and she does not know where her father is). Lee Wei and Xiao Xun do not get along. They always argue with each other. But as time passes by, they begin to like each other, but will continue to argue about the fact that Lee Wei being involved with the triad group. One day, Shong Ge wants to marry Mimi and give up the triad life. His right hand, Si Ye, will not have this and plots against Shong Ge. Pei Li falls in love with a pizza delivery man/gas pumping guy/convenient store clerk, named Ah Pang. Later Ah Pang's house gets burned down and he & his dog Toast ends up living in the same house with Lee Wei, Xiao Xun, Chanel, and Pei Li. Then Pei Li gets to know Dah Mao and falls in love with him, but she loves Ah Pang too. Chanel always likes to go shopping, going to fancy restaurants, riding in fancy cars, with her boyfriend Second. Later she discovers that Second is not the person she thought he was.



This is a very good tv series because it teaches people to not get into the triad groups. It shows the consequences and down falls of being a triad member. It also teaches the lesson of being careful about trusting people. This tv series deals with topics such as: friendships, love relationships, to be careful about trusting people, being responsible for your actions, learning that there are repercussions and consequences when mistakes are made, and not to give up, always strive for the best.
