A large cast of familiar Hong Kong Cinema names populates Treasure Hunter, a multi-genre mixture of action, adventure, crime thriller, and triad melodrama. Chin Siu Ho is a diver/treasure hunter who runs afoul of some evil henchmen belonging to the dastardly Simon Lui. A wealthy, nefarious fellow, Simon isn't above firebombing pesky paparazzi or having his way with any number of comely females. His men eventually clash with Chin's group of divers, but not before a detour to a bar, where singer Monica Chan is plying her trade, and a stopover with Ching's heartbroken pal Pinky Cheung, who's just lost all her money on the stock market. As if those distractions weren't enough, Chin soon has to deal with Simon's pet assassin, a statuesque and stunningly vicious female killer played by Yung Wai Tak! Before long it's all bullets and blood as Treasure Hunter roars to a violent, entertaining end!

　　國際犯罪集團公海走私高科技儀器進港，被兩名專職從事水底工程的（富、貴）得悉，誤認這走私貨是盛滿外�尷鷟�之物，遂暗設圈套，通告警方令走私貨艇墮進警方之內，為免人贓並獲，便愴悴棄貨海中。

　　預早佈局的富、貴，便即潛進海裡，起其尾注，將墮海的走私貨盜去。匪首得悉儀器失竊後，極其震怒，勢必將曾接觸這些貨者徹底滅絕。
