　　東和貿易東主祥哥，公司業績佳，舉辦旅行團以慰勞職工，眾員工滿心歡喜，七嘴八舌，旅點乃長洲東堤……。
　　港人愛跟風，自殺也不例外，長洲東堤小築竟成為自殺聖地，店主被害得雞毛鴨血，經常鬧鬼之故，生意一落千丈，降低租金掙扎求存，正合祥哥之意。便宜！
　　眾人到達長洲，更是口不擇言，稱之為猛鬼旅行團，間接得罪人所周知的鬼魂，開始遇上各種怪異事情，邦見鬼中孖T，基戲言若邦中馬受到懲罰，詩則遇上鬼魂纏身，積則被惡鬼附體，其後眾人食物中毒，險送性命。美怡早前與日籍男友吉田相戀，受到家庭左右，於長洲相聚服毒身亡，豈知死後卻未能長相廝守，美怡卻遇上祥哥，發展二人關係，祥誓言願死相隨，言者無心，聽者有意，一句誓言令祥哥交上人鬼戀…。
　　美怡鬼魂隨祥到公司，祥始知交上艷靈，向基求助於畢母，代為驅鬼逐靈，怎料吉田不憤美怡移情別戀，惡言相向，致祥於死地，畢母將戾氣化祥和，美怡與吉田終互相諒解，攜手離去，祥亦可逃過一劫。

　　Proprietor Cheon ran a good business this year and he awarded his staff to go camping in Cheung Chau. One of the buildings for rental was a well-known place to commit suicide, Cheon selected that building because the rental fees was cheap. They kept on talking about ghosts and spirits stories. Finally, a spirit called Mei Yee started to follow the people in the house, Cheon met "her" then started to love her....
