「うたかた」は、龍之介が約3年前に書いて温めていたメロディーに現在The Ma'am/浅森坂等で活躍している森山公一が詞をのせた作品。サウンドプロデュースにも森山公一を迎えている。歌方(うたかた)と泡沫(うたかた)をかけ、歌唄いというもののはかなさ、哀愁を綴った切なさの中にも強い意思を秘めた楽曲。「幸せへの距離」は、日本平桜マラソンテーマソング。味方なんていないんじゃないかと思っている人、未来なんて何も信じていない人、そんな絶望をかかえている人へのメッセージ。　全ての人は希望へ向う為に生きているんだという真理を真正面から歌った力作。「あの頃のまま」はブレッド&バターの友人でもある荒井由実が"呉田軽穂"のペンネームで作詞・作曲し、 1979年に発売された。ブレッド&バター二人の実生活をモチーフに制作したと言われるこの作品を平川地一丁目的解釈でカバーした作品。
