Wishes of San Geun is an awareness project for abandoned dogs supported by well-known artists like Yangpa, Lee Ji Hoon, and Super Junior as well as KBS variety program canine star Sang Geun. The album release hopes to raise awareness about dogs in need through melodious ballads, rock, hip-hop, and classical music tracks. Among the highlights of the 13-track CD are Blooming by Yangpa, actress Hong Su Hyeon's "Tree" (Track 2), and "Coming To Meet You Now" (Track 4) penned by Super Junior's Sung Min and Lee Teuk and sung by Sung Min and Ye Sung.

'상근이'가 음반을~???

KBS '해피선데이'의'1박 2일'에 출연하여 인기를 얻은 국민견 상근이(본명: 허비, 4살, 그레이트 피레니즈 종)가 가수 슈퍼주니어, 양파, 이지훈, 탤런트 홍수현 개그우먼 신봉선 등의 인기 스타들과 함께 유기견 돕기 앨범, 일명 '상근이의 소망 앨범'을 제작했다.

'상근이의 소망 앨범'은 기본적으로 따뜻한 컨셉을 바탕으로 희망의 메세지를 아름다운 선율과 가사로써 전달하고 있다. 일반인들에게 사랑받기 좋은 곡들로 시작하여, 발라드, 락, 힙합, 클래식 등 의 다양한 장르로 구성된 총 13곡이 수록되어 앨범 자체만으로도 충분한 소장가치를 가지고 있다.

특히 드라마 하얀거탑 에서 심금을 울렸던 '소나무'의 작곡가 김형준씨가 작곡한 '메모리스'와 '나무'는 아름다운 멜로디와 서정적이고 애틋한 가사의 절묘한 조화로 소나무를 능가하는 아름다운 선율을 완성시켰고 슈퍼주니어의 예성과 성민군이 가창한 '지금 만나러 가요'는 슈퍼주니어의 이특군과 성민군이 직접 작사하였는데 유기견들에 대한 애틋한 마음이 가사와 선율에 가득 담겨 따뜻하면서도 슬픈 발라드로 완성되었다.

그리고 개그우먼 신봉선씨가 가창한 '지켜줄게'는 모던락풍의 노래인데 버려진 유기견들의 마음을 노래한 곡이다. 이번 앨범의 메인 컨셉이 희망인데 버려진 유기견들의 입장에서 희망을 노래함으로써 역설적으로 유기견들의 아픔을 표현한 곡이다. 또한 인기 탤런트 홍수현씨의 노래 실력도 깜짝 공개될 예정인데 홍수현씨는 이 앨범에서 나무라는 노래를 가창하였다.

이번 앨범의 수익금 중 일부는 유기견을 돕는데 쓰일 예정이다.
