A Cantonese Slapstick-Type Comedy- -VERY FUNNY!

In regards to the comedic value of the movie, I will rate this a 9 since it was HILARIOUS! If you are a fan of Petrina Fung (Bao Bao), you will love this movie since there is comedy and romance. She reminds me of a Chinese version of Shirley Temple. She's so cute and talented. Part of the movie, Leung Sing Bo portrays a character that reminds me of that older generation Chinese speaking in a very heavy accent using very colorful expresssions! Thus, for all you Chinese-Americans out there who can appreciate and understand the Toisan dialect, you will laugh out loud. However, all in all, I would highly recommend this. If it wasn't for the bad picture and sound quality and the choppy editing of this movie, I would have rated this item higher. It would've been nice if they had enhanced the picture more and removed some of the scratches and marks that were seen throughout the movie. I think they should have offered this as part of the $5 VCD promotion so that others can enjoy this for a cheaper price. Other recommendations if you like Petrina Fung: Random Harvest The Dream Comes Ture (I think they meant to list it as "True" instead of "Ture") Have fun and enjoy the movie. If you get this, please post your feedback. |
