May 16, 2008 Loved itGreat movie to share with family and friends... I bought a copy for my family and another for my best friend (I got her the poster and CJ7 plush toy combo) and it is really a great way to kick off this summer. :]
Only downside I'd say was having to switch between Mandarin (everyone but Stephen Chow speaks Mandarin in this movie) and Cantonese. There's just something morally wrong about listening to Stephen Chow being dubbed over.... It's nowhere near as funny when having to switch the talented child actress Jiao Xu in Cantonese either.
Those who've seen Shaolin Soccer have seen Stephen Chow speak Mandarin fluently; why didn't he just speak it in this movie, or at least allow the DVD to be released in its original audio?
All and all, I enjoyed this movie and recommend it to anyone.

Wilson Yip proves to be a creative director, and of course, when teamed with Donnie Yen as an action director, expands onto a masterpiece in itself, reflecting the glory days when anything could happen.

It looked like Fatal Move was a combination of Flashpoint, SPL, Election, and even The Warlord's gory weapon battle sequences.
As for the story, I wasn't expecting much after watching Fatal Contact, which really has no story at all. All in all, the only reason this movie wasn't a complete loss to me was to see an all star cast duke it out in this action packed brutally violent movie.
