這是一間特殊的高校，因為亦會教授「Card Game 技術論」與「Duel Monster」等的科目。在正門聳立著一尊曾收服過『青眼白龍』的海馬瀨人的青銅像。原因是這間高校的後台大老細正是《海馬Corporation Industrial Illusion公司》。即是說，這裏亦是專門培訓遊戲設計者〈Game Designer〉與決鬥者(Duelist)，並預先挑選新秀的學校。學生人數為各年級約５０人，學校整體有１５０人左右。入學考試分筆試和決鬥實技，難度絕不簡單。很多學生更是曾接受過精英教育的內部升學者。基本上需要穿著校服，但在課餘（Off-time）或在宿舍裏時，是可以穿著普通服裝。學生們是以決鬥的成績，嚴格地分屬於３個宿舍裏。最優秀的屬「Obelisk Blue」次級的屬「Ra Yellow」劣級屬「Osiris Red」這裏尊崇精英主義，沒有實力的人要面對嚴峻的環境。在這裏〈傳奇的決鬥者〉武藤遊戲、〈海馬Corporation的社長〉海馬瀨人和《Duel Monster的創始人》貝卡斯‧J‧克羅佛多是以傳奇人物的方式存在於故事裏，但很少出場。
