作詞・作曲・編曲を手がけるマルチ音楽コンポーザーとして歌のみならず、映画、アニメ、ゲーム、舞台、テレビのサウンドトラックなど、幅広い音楽制作を手がける梶浦由記。自身のユニット、See-Sawのメンバーとして手がけた2002年のアニメ「機動戦士ガンダムSEED」のEDテーマ「あんなに一緒だったのに」が大ヒット。2003年にはソロ・アーティストとして全米およびヨーロッパでアルバム「FICTION」をリリース。2004年からは個人プロジェクト"Fiction Junction"をスタートさせるなど、精力的な活動を展開。「.hack//SIGN」「ツバサ・クロニクル」「舞-HiME」「NOIR」などTVアニメ作品を中心に繰り広げられる豊かな音楽作品は、"梶浦サウンド"と称され高い評価を受けている。
本作には、2008年7月31日、渋谷O-EASTにて行われた梶浦由記のコンサートの模様を収録。様々なボーカリストをゲストに迎え、彼女がこれまで手がけてきた数々の楽曲を次々に演奏。会場を埋め尽くしたファンを熱狂させたクオリティの高いパフォーマンスを、存分に味わえる内容となっている。
