BEST-SELLING MOVIES

All hail Rurouni Kenshin. Not only did the live-action saga starring Sato Takeru buck our usual trend of Chinese epics coming in first, it did so resoundingly with Kyoto Inferno and The Legend Ends taking the top two spots and the first Kenshin film from 2012 also returning to the chart. Wong Fei Hung reboot Rise of the Legend and Donnie Yen fightfest Kung Fu Jungle hold down the fort for martial arts action and two animated family films, Hollywood's Big Hero 6 and Japan's Stand By Me: Doraemon, surprisingly break into the top ten.

BEST-SELLING TV DRAMAS

Last year's best-selling TV drama You Who Came From the Stars is also this year's top seller thus far. It's followed by other high-profile K-Dramas of the past year – It's Okay, That's Love, Pinocchio and Fated to Love You – and three TVB serials including last year's top Chinese drama seller and Hong Kong ratings king Line Walker. Fan-favorite romcoms Cunning Single Lady and Marriage Not Dating edged out bigger titles to chart, while Doctor Stranger rounds out the list, making Lee Jong Suk the only actor with two dramas in the top ten.

1. You Who Came From the Stars 2. It's Okay, That's Love 3. Pinocchio 4. Fated to Love You 5. Tiger Cubs II

6. Line Walker 7. Cunning Single Lady 8. Lady Sour 9. Marriage Not Dating 10. Doctor Stranger
