The introduction! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
In late 2002, the 15 second preview for 'real Emotion' was released for the game Final Fantasy X-2. From that, I knew that I had to have whatever album or single the song came off of and had to know the name of the singer. At the time, Koda Kumi had just released her song 'm•a•z•e' and this single wouldn't be due out for three more months.

Let me just say that was how I fell in love with this artist. This was the first pop song she did, her other songs being R&B, and was her first to charted in the top 10 on Oricon weekly! 'real Emotion' is an upbeat song with a message of never giving up and not relying on someone else once you're in the real world. The second song, '1000 no Kotoba,' is a beautiful power ballad about how she couldn't get out the words to describe her love before it was too late.

Also, there are three other songs on this single that tend to get omitted from track lists all over the internet. They're three instrumentals from the game Final Fantasy X-2, composed by Nobuo Uematsu:

- Eternity ~Memory of Light & Waves~
This is the theme to the game, what plays on the title screen. It's soft and gorgeous, played with a piano and a violin.
- Besaid
The theme to Yuna's hometown with a beautiful orchestra.
- Ballad of Yuna
A truly soft sound that will give you chill bumps and force a tear to your eye, even if you've never played the game. This is also done on a piano and violin.

WOW!!! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Okay, this wasn't the first song I heard from her but I wish it was! I just love the beat to this! "Real Emotion" was a catchy tune that I couldn't stop dancing to! I just couldn't get enough! And the song "1000 no Kotaba" was absolutely heart-breaking! I wanted to cry because of the overloading emotion!
For any Koda fan, this single is a absolute MUST!!! Believe me, you'll love the meaning behind both melodies! It's a unique tune that will have you blowing tissues and working your body!
