Returning with his first film since 2016's Handmaiden, Korean auteur Park Chan Wook works with Park Hae Il (The Fortress) and Chinese actress Tang Wei (Lust, Caution) for the romantic mystery thriller Decision to Leave. The acclaimed crime suspense premiered in competition at the 75th Cannes Film Festival and won Best Director for Park Chan Wook. Decision to Leave also swept top prizes at the Blue Dragon Film Awards, Daejong Film Awards, Buil Film Awards and Chunsa Film Art Awards. Lee Jung Hyun (Peninsula), Go Kyung Pyo (Coin Locker Girl), Park Yong Woo (Late Spring) and Park Jung Min (Deliver Us From Evil) co-star in the award-winning film.

A man mysteriously falls to his death in the mountains, and detective Jang Hae Jun (Park Hae Il) is tasked to investigate the case. The deceased man's wife, Chinese immigrant Song Seo Rae (Tang Wei), is suspected of foul play as she appears unnaturally calm, and even reveals that she expected her husband would die. While monitoring and investigating Seo Rae, Hae Jun becomes increasingly drawn to his alluring and unreadable suspect.
