Writer-director Han Jae Rim (The King) gathers a top-drawer cast for an Emergency Declaration in the skies. Song Kang Ho, Lee Byung Hun, Jeon Do Yeon, Kim Nam Gil, Kim So Jin, Park Hae Joon and Im Si Wan star in the gripping disaster action thriller about the events that unfold when a commercial flight encounters a biochemical attack.

While investigating a report about a plane attack, veteran detective Gu In Ho (Song Kang Ho) figures out that the suspect is on flight KI501 bound for Hawaii – the same flight that his wife is on. Also on the flight is Park Jae Hyuk (Lee Byung Hun) who has a fear of flying, but he's making the trip for the sake of his daughter. He feels bothered by a stranger making threatening remarks near him. Soon, a passenger dies of unknown causes, and fear and confusion arise in the plane and on the ground. Kim Soo Hee (Jeon Do Yeon), the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, sets up an emergency counter-terrorism center to find a way to land the plane safely, but their time and options are quickly running out.
