Takahashi Issey is an eccentric manga artist with special powers in the live-action adaptation of Araki Hirohiko's manga Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan, a spin-off from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 4: Diamond Is Unbreakable. Kishibe Rohan has a Stand ability called "Heaven's Door" that allows him to read and write another person like a book. He encounters different strange incidents as he goes from place to place looking for inspiration. Following three seasons of the mini-series Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan on NHK, the adventures of Kishibe Rohan leap to the silver screen in the 2023 feature film Rohan au Louvre.

Helmed by the TV series director Watanabe Kazutaka, Rohan au Louvre sees Rohan heading to France in search of the world's "blackest" and most evil painting. He first heard about the painting from Nanase, a woman he loved in his youth. Many years later, Rohan learns that the painting is at the Louvre. However, strangely, even the museum staff don't know about this dark painting. It turns out that the painting is stored in the underground Z-13 Warehouse that is supposed to no longer be in use. There, Rohan comes face to face with the terrifying events caused by the painting.

Iitoyo Marie returns as Rohan's editor, Izumi Kyoka, in Rohan au Louvre, while Kimura Fumino and Nagao Kento play Nanase and the young Rohan, respectively.

This edition comes with a special booklet, two postcards, an acrylic postcard stand and two bonus discs of special features, including cast interviews, completion report, advance screening, stage greeting and making-of videos.

【ストーリー】
特殊能力を持つ、漫画家 ・ 岸辺露伴は、青年時代に淡い思いを抱いた女性からこの世で「最も黒い絵」の噂を聞く。それは最も黒く、そしてこの世で最も邪悪な絵だった。
時は経ち、新作執筆の過程で、その絵がルーヴル美術館に所蔵されていることを知った露伴は取材とかつての微かな慕情のためにフランスを訪れる。
しかし、不思議なことに美術館職員すら「黒い絵」の存在を知らず、データベースでヒットした保管場所は、今はもう使われていないはずの地下倉庫「Z-13倉庫」だった。
そこで露伴は「黒い絵」が引き起こす恐ろしい出来事に対峙することとなる……
