Present and past intertwine in the search for love in April Come She Will starring Satoh Takeru (Rurouni Kenshin), Nagasawa Masami (Mother) and Mori Nana (Last Letter). Directed by Yamada Tomokazu, the romantic drama is based on the novel Shigatsu ni Nareba Kanojo wa by Kawamura Genki. Satoh Takeru portrays a psychiatrist whose present and past lovers have left him with unanswered questions. Nakano Taiga, Tomosaka Rie and Takenouchi Yutaka also appear in the film.
In April, psychiatrist Fujishiro Shun (Sato Takeru) receives a letter from his first love, Iyoda Haru (Mori Nana). The letter, written from the Uyuni salt flats, brings back memories of his first love ten years ago. After that, more of Haru's letters arrive from other places around the world. At the same time, Fujishiro is preparing to marry his fiancee, Sakamoto Yayoi (Nagasawa Masami), but Yayoi suddenly disappears.

四月。精神科医の藤代俊（佐藤健）のもとに、かつての恋人・伊予田春（森七菜）から手紙が届く。
