The Stuntman takes the spotlight in this 2024 Hong Kong action film that dives into the world of stunt action. Stuntman garnered nominations for Best Action Choreography and Best New Director for Albert Leung and Herbert Leung at the 43rd Hong Kong Film Awards. Returning to acting for a rare on-screen appearance, renowned action choreographer Stephen Tung Wai plays a washed-up action director making a comeback. Twilight of the Warriors: Walled In's Terrance Lau and Philip Ng play a passionate young stuntman and a seasoned action star who have their own perspectives on action cinema.

Action choreographer Lee Sam (Stephen Tung) has been out of the film industry for years, but he agrees to a comeback for his old friend's last directorial work. Idealistic stunt actor Lee Sai Long (Terrance Lau) is obsessed with movies but he's been struggling to get a break. Sam and Long hit it off when they meet, as they both hope to make this project an action film to be proud of. However, when Sam returns to work, he finds that much has changed in the industry. Furthermore, he doesn't see eye to eye with the film's star Wai (Philip Ng). Long finds himself in a difficult place caught between Sam and Wai's dispute. As various difficulties arise on set and a story from Sam's past emerges, Long begins to have doubts about Sam and the action film industry. An unexpected accident pushes the mentor and the apprentice to a breaking point.

故事大綱：
