YesAsia.com provides Asian-centric companies access to overseas markets

(San Francisco; September 16, 2002) YesAsia.com, the leading online Asian entertainment store, today announced an agreement with Ajiichiban USA, a subsidiary of Hong Kong snack leader Ajiichiban, to launch www.ajiichiban-usa.com as a co-branded online shopping site powered by YesAsia.com's e-commerce engine. YesAsia.com and Ajiichiban USA will co-manage the site to bring a wide range of high-quality Asian snacks to consumers in the United States.

The partnership is part of a recent initiative by YesAsia known as YesOutlet, which leverages the company's powerful e-commerce platform to help Asian-centric manufacturers and retailers market and sell products online to YesAsia's large customer base of overseas Asians. Through the YesOutlet system, YesAsia oversees technology, customer order processing, inquiries, and product delivery, while partners are responsible for product selection, merchandising, and daily product management - effectively maximizing the core strengths of each company.
