A nefarious international cartel is after a super soldier formula, the secret of which may lie with King Kong (Sam Hui). Meanwhile, Kodojak (Karl Maka) is still experiencing domestic weirdness with wife "Hot Tongue" Ho (Sylvia Chang) and son Baldy Jr. (Cyrus Wong). However, when the bad guys show up, they take Hot Tongue hostage, meaning King Kong, Kodojak, and the surprisingly athletic Baldy Jr. must head to New Zealand to rescue Hot Tongue and take down Toht. There's even time for King Kong to romance Sally (Sally Yeh), and for Baldy Jr. to perform some surprisingly dangerous-looking stuntwork.
