A stunning display of star power, All This Love (a.k.a. If in love ... like them) brings together three of Korea's most bankable stars - Lee Hyo Ri, Lee Dong Gun, and Jung Jun Ho - in a tragic love story about an ailing singer and the two men in her life. Lee Hyo Ri returns after making her acting debut in 2005 with the disappointing melodrama Three Leaves Clover. This time, she stars in the 4-episode series (originally broadcast in 2 episodes) playing a role that is close to her heart - a rookie pop singer named Lee Na who gets robbed of her fame and identity by her backstabbing star-wannabe back dancer. Feeling betrayed by everyone including her manager (played by Jung Jun Ho, Last Scandal), Lee Na finds comfort in an unlikely companion, a small-time gangster played by Lee Dong Gun (Lovers In Paris). The two Lees made headlines with their daring kiss scene while hanging upside down after bungee jumping from 70 meters up. In addition, Lee Dong Gun reportedly saved Lee Hyo Ri from falling off the building's roof during their shooting. Incidentally, the drama which coincided with the release of Lee Hyo Ri's album Dark Angel features many of the singer's hit songs such as Toc Toc Toc and Jan sori.

On the verge of making her first live appearance after three grueling years of training, Lee Na (Lee Hyo Ri) collapses before even reaching the stage. Scrambling for ways to cover her act, her manager Young Noh (Jung Joon Ho) orders back dancer Hyo Joo to put on a mask and head out to stage. But to everyone's shock, cunning Hyo Joo takes off the mask revealing her face to the crowd of screaming fans. Meanwhile, Jung Tae (Lee Dong Gun) who works at a mob-owned casino gets trapped under the rubbles of a collapsed building while enroute to deliver a moneybag to his boss. Miraculously he is rescued and rushed to the hospital where he meets Lee Na. With Hyo Joo's face now plastered on every street corner and Lee Na's unexpected diagnosis of leukemia, Young Noh decides to keep Lee Na in the dark. In the meantime, Jung Tae fears for his life when his gangster boss who suspects him of embezzling their money wants him found dead or alive. Having nowhere else to go, the two run away from the hospital and head towards Jung Tae's hometown. As time ticks down to their final hour, the two runaways realize they are just happy to have found each other.

Yi-na has been trying really hard for 3 years to fulfill her dream as a singer. But, when she was about to debut, she fainted and was sent to the hospital. Another girl took her place and sang her debut song at her concert. The dream that seems to come true has become unforeseeable and Yi-na was disheartened by this set-back thus. Nevertheless, at this point there is a sickeningly disgusting man appears to approach Yi-na for her likeable personality! His name is Jeong-tae. He is a gangster that works in the casino which control by Mafia. Jeong-tae was just extricated from a great disaster. He has been buried under a collapsed shopping complex for a week! Luckily, he's safe. But he gets no blessing from Mafia. The members of Mafia suspected that Jeong-tae has embezzled all the money! Jeong-tae has to flee for his life; Yi-na was also running away because she was dissatisfied with the arrangement of her company to train Hyo-joo as a singer under her name. Both of them have nowhere to go, hence, Jeong-tae brings Yi-na back to his hometown... Both of them are actually have an incurable disease and dying soon. However, they still fall in love. Though they knew their life will soon come to the end, though they are fully comprehend the result they might face in their love... But, their love will never stop in spite of the death...
