The Hong Kong Lunar New Year comedy makes a hilarious return with All's Well End's Well 2009. Following in the mighty tradition of the Stephen Chow-led celebrity laughfests All's Well End's Well 1992 and All's Well End's Well 1997, this latest blockbuster installment directed by Vincent Kok (Dragon Loaded 2003, Marry a Rich Man) is again the brainchild of producer Raymond Wong, and features many stars hamming it up for the holidays. Louis Koo, Sandra Ng, Ronald Cheng, and Raymond Wong himself lead the star-studded cast of this feel-good screwball comedy which features many side-tickling nods to the original All's Well End's Well. Joining in for the silliness are Mainland actresses Yao Chen (Big Movie) and Miki Shen, plus a score of moonlighting celebrities like Charlene Choi, Guo Tao (Crazy Stone), Donnie Yen, comedy regulars Lam Chi Chung, Chan Kwok Kwan, and Tin Kai Man, pop idols Yumiko Cheng, Theresa Fu, Sun Boy'z, and Hotcha, and veterans Petrina Fung and Siu Yam Yam.

Shrilly high-powered businesswoman Yu Chu (Sandra Ng) may have an entire office of minions at her beckoning, but with her insufferable personality, she's got no chance of finding a husband - much to the consternation of her younger brother Yu Bo (Ronald Cheng). Due to an unfortunate curse, Yu Bo is doomed to fail in love until his sister gets married, and prospects are looking very bleak. Enter love expert Dick (Louis Koo), a charming stud who makes a living out of healing lonely hearts. Unbeknownst to Yu Chu, Yu Bo hires Dick to woo his sister. Smitten at first sight, Yu Chu certainly isn't about to let this one get away, but all hell breaks loose when Dick falls in love with another girl (Miki Shen).

It has been 16 years since the classic Lunar New Year film - All's Well End's Well was released in 1992 starred with Stephen Chow, Maggie Cheung and Leslie Cheung. Now here comes the 2009 version of the hilarious family comedy. With the brand new story, the film was joined by the film's executive producer Clifton Ko, director Vincent Kok and cast members Sandra Ng, Raymond Wong, Louis Koo, Ronald Cheng and more stars. Yu Bo seeks help from the famous Cassanova, Dick (Louis Koo), to pretend to court his eldest sister and lure her into the mood of love. With Yu Chu falling in love with Dick and wants to introduce him to her parents, he in turn falls in love with another girl, Mandy and Yu Chu is extremely jealous. In order not to disappoint her parents, Yu Chu asks a private detective L (Raymond Wong) to pretend as her boyfriend.
