For their second single of 2015, Galileo Galilei creates a stirring song for animated film Taifu no Noruda. Arashi no Atode is a mid-tempo rock ballad that was tailor made for the film, the directorial debut of former Studio Ghibli animator Arai Yojiro. The single also includes Shinjite and Kowaresou ni Naru as B-side tracks.

2013年公開の『陽なたのアオシグレ』で話題を呼んだスタジオコロリドによる劇場最新作『台風のノルダ』(6月5日公開)主題歌。スタジオコロリドは、ショートアニメ「フミコの告白」で第14 回文化庁メディア芸術祭優秀賞他数々の賞を受賞した石田祐康（26）をはじめ20代を中心とした新進気鋭のクリエイターが集結するスタジオ。彼らが前作『陽なたのアオシグレ』以来2年ぶりに世に送り出すのは、とある離島、文化祭前日の中学校を舞台にした少年同士の友情物語。本作で監督を務めるのは、前作『陽なたのアオシグレ』で石田とコンビを組みキャラクターデザイン・作画監督を担当した新井陽次郎（26）。スタジオジブリで『借りぐらしのアリエッティ』『コクリコ坂から』『風立ちぬ』などにアニメーターとして参加した経歴を持つ若き才能が、どこかノスタルジックな世界観を躍動感あるアニメーションで鮮やかに描き、劇場映画監督デビュー。今回、新井監督直々のオファーによりコラボレーションが決定。
