張鐸父母到來後，面對公司規定杏“婆媳”失和，無奈之下的張鐸只好選擇辭職並企圖結束這場荒唐的婚姻。然而，一場公司風波使張鐸當上了主管，面對李悅瞳，張鐸第一次表達了愛意；但被接踵而來的各種不順心攪得精疲力竭的李悅瞳卻要和張鐸離婚。在民政局辦理離婚手續時，張鐸攔住了即將敲下紅章的工作人員的手，說出了自己的心聲︰我違反了第22條規定，我認罰並放棄所有權利……
但是我堅持一項權利，是憲法也禁止不了的︰我愛上你了。
