Ronald Cheng, Gigi Leung, MIRROR's Edan Lui and Sandra Ng form a typical dysfunctional Hong Kong family in the hit 2022 comedy Chilli Laugh Story! Helmed by first-time writer-director Coba Cheng, the family comedy is based on the director's own relatable experiences of fighting, coping, laughing and living in the time of COVID – while making some mean chilli sauce! Screened at the 26th Fantasia International Film Festival and the 21st New York Asian Film Festival, Chilli Laugh Story also co-stars Angela Yuen (The Narrow Road), Tony Wu (Weeds on Fire), Locker Lam (Weeds on Fire) and ERROR's Dee Ho, and includes cameo appearances by Louis Koo and the other members of ERROR.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, music festival worker Coba (Edan Lui) is forced to work at home and fight with his family every day. When Coba learns that his mother's homemade chilli sauce is popular with his friends, he suddenly comes up with an idea. To make some money and keep his family occupied, he convinces his mother (Gigi Leung), father (Ronald Cheng) and aunt (Sandra Ng) to make chilli sauce together and sell it online. Unexpectedly, their chilli sauce is a huge hit, and business grows beyond their imagination.

This edition comes with a random photo still, a bookmark, a 2023 desk calendar, four photo cards and 13 minutes of special features including behind-the-scene clips, making-of and trailers. First Press comes in a special die-cut outer box and includes a poster.

新冠疫情爆發，戲院、健身中心關閉，食肆無晚市；很多打工仔「被 no-pay 」，或安排在家工作，最初打工仔因為可以無拘束地工作感到興奮，可是漸漸發現在家工作比上班更令人苦不堪言！不過被逼在家工作，每日與家人困獸鬥，本為音樂節搞手的張栢軒 Coba (呂爵安 飾) 、冇工開終日無所事事撩交嗌的的士佬老豆 Alan (鄭中基 飾) ，和日刴夜刴做辣椒醬，人聲刀聲煩過唐三藏唸經聲的媽咪 Rita (梁詠琪 飾) ，因疫情關係竟然發掘了一個商機 - 製作辣椒醬在網上平台出售「做老闆」！豈料，疫情持續，在家吃飯成為新常態，辣椒醬生意越做越有， Coba 一家應接不暇。可是潛藏多年的家庭矛盾一觸即發，由選用哪款辣椒醬瓶子的爭拗逐一引爆，這個在家日常拉鋸戰，比他們的辣椒醬更辣！
