| As Square-Enix does not have a good track record with video game remasters, Mega fans of the series are left wondering if this is yet another hollow attempt to bring in more cash. Thankfully, Crisis Core - Final Fantasy VII - Reunion is a pleasant surprise in this regard. It may be a simple port of the original game, but Square-Enix has updated Crisis Core - Final Fantasy VII - Reunion to HD and given it several quality of life improvements to match modern standards. Along with that, its impressive presentation and story are still very engaging to this day. If you missed out on the original PlayStation Portable release and want an opportunity to play the best Final Fantasy game that no one played, Crisis Core - Final Fantasy VII - Reunion is the perfect way to do so. |
