These emails are using a "spoofed" address and are not authorized by YesAsia.com Ltd. The order described in the email has not been placed at YesAsia.com in your name.
If you have never opened an account with YesAsia.com, we will not possess any of your personal or financial information. Thus, we cannot have billed you for any supposed orders.
If you receive an email similar to the one described above, please do not click any of the links contained in the email and delete it immediately.
