    Several customers have informed us about receiving emails claiming to be from YesAsia.com, which contain confirmation for orders they did not place. These emails are using a "spoofed" address and are not authorized by YesAsia.com Ltd. The order described in the email has not been placed at YesAsia.com in your name.

    If you have never opened an account with YesAsia.com, we will not possess any of your personal or financial information. Thus, we cannot have billed you for any supposed orders.

    If you receive an email similar to the one described above, please do not click any of the links contained in the email and delete it immediately.

    You may contact us for further verification if you are uncertain about any emails you have received.
