  • Why is my order status showing "Verifying"?
  • The verifying process will normally be completed in 1-2 days. However, according to the guideline issued by the credit card companies, it is the responsibility of the merchants to verify the identity of the credit cardholders before any transactions is accepted. Hence, we may need your co-operation to provide supplementary information before we can go on processing your order. Before we can go on processing your order, the status of your order will show "Verifying".
