- Can I receive e-invoices at a different email address than the one specified in my account?
- Yes, you can. By default, we will usually email our "Shipment Confirmation and Invoices" to the email address attached to your order's selected "billing address". However, if you wish to have the invoice sent to a different e-mail address, and the order has not yet been shipped out, please follow the below steps.
1) Log into "My Account";
2) Click the link marked "Change your payment information";
3) Click onto the "Change" button next to "Billing Address";
4) Select the proper billing address for your order and input the email address at which you wish to receive your invoices. Click the "Bill to this address" button to confirm.
5) You will be returned to the change payment information page. If everything looks correct, click "Confirm Changes" to proceed.
Please note that the status of your order might change depending on the verification process of your desired payment option. If we need further information from you to continue processing your order, our accounting department will contact you. Otherwise, your order will continue being processed as is.
