善良的穆仰天（郭曉東 飾）有頭腦，具有強烈的責任感，他的真摯打動了童雲（熊乃瑾 飾）的一顆芳心，這是穆仰天決定要相守一生的女人，一切都是那麼完美，不幸的時刻降臨，一場車禍將童雲帶走，愛恨交織的父女在生活中碰撞，時而天使，時而魔頭的女兒成為父親最親愛的“敵人”……

面對女兒強烈的個性，穆仰天儘管盡一切努力讓女兒擺脫這個陰影，可是穆童始終對於父親是一種疏離甚至抗拒的態度，穆仰天也始終為著自己所謂的過錯而內疚。直到有一天，穆仰天在圖書館作報告時，一個叫聞月（孔維 飾）的女子闖入了本已一潭死水的生活，而叛逆的穆童對聞月視為狐狸精，所以拒絕她跟父親交往。

轉眼，穆童（吳旭 飾）進入了高中，可古靈精怪的性格一點沒有改變，不斷地在學校製造麻煩，班主任卜天虹（潘雨辰 飾）的出現，點燃了穆仰天的生命火花。所以穆童認為父親喜歡卜雨虹，穆童認為父親已經把媽媽忘了，穆童一氣之下離家出走……

噩運傳來，穆仰天得了腦癌晚期，女兒是他唯一牽掛，面對即將離去的父親，女兒迅速長長大，穆仰天通過錄影帶，向愛過，恨過的人告別……
