The first commercial effort from indie darling Mariko Tetsuya (Yellow Kid), the film brings together four of Japan's brightest young talents – Yagira Yuya (Nobody Knows), Suda Masaki (The Light Shines Only There), Komatsu Nana (The World of Kanako) and Murakami Nijiro (Still the Water) – for a mad, unrelenting assault of teen rebellion and destruction.

Abandoned by their parents, brothers Taira (Yagira Yuya) and Shota (Murakami Nijiro) get by on their own in the quiet seaside town of Mitsuhama, where the silent and aggressive Taira regularly plies the neighborhood looking for fights. One day, Taira suddenly leaves town and heads to the city where he wanders around goading strangers into fights. High school student Yuya (Suda Masaki) sees Taira and enthusiastically joins in. The two turn attacking passersby into a game and then hit the road in a stolen car with Nana (Komatsu Nana) in the backseat. Meanwhile, Shota also comes to the city in search of his brother.
