A suspense drama series set in a quiet, deserted bay in Macau – The Discovery Bay.
A grand but totally isolated house stood in the bay in which lived a very wealthy family – the MAUs. The old Mr. MAU had made his fortune through a lot of hardship and affliction and was in a semi-retired state.
The MAU family was consisted of many family members. The master of the family, Mr. MAU YING KIT, did not have a son. His 3 daughters MEI YING, MEI TAK and MEI JING were all married and were living with him. Mr. MAU’s 3 grandsons – KWOK CHUNG, KWOK PING and KWOK LEUNG and a grand-daughter YUEN KWON were living there as well as a young lady named TWO YAK Ping believed to be the daughter of an old friend of MAU.
The MAU family had been living peacefully Discovery Bay until Mr. MAUdied. The Peculiar will he left behind stirred up tremendous unrest and tumult within the family. A series of mysterious murders within the family followed and every MAU members was involved and suspected for the plot. The strange sequence of deaths made it extremely difficult to identify the murderer.
An experienced private detective was called in to investigate the case. Through his hard work he discovered a very complicated success history of the late Mr. MAU which eventually led him to the true murderer.
