COUPON DETAILS
- The US$5 coupons will show up automatically in the "Credit & Coupon" sections of your YesAsia Account within one week after your order has been completely fulfilled and shipped out.
- Coupons will be sent to the email address listed in your account information, so please make sure your information is up-to-date.
- Coupons are applicable on all YesAsia.com products except selected limited items.
- One of the coupons has no minimum purchase requirement, and the other has a US$25 minimum purchase requirement. Remember to use the coupons before the expiration date!
- To redeem your US$5 coupon, please enter the coupon code at checkout.
- Only orders placed between September 26, 2024 and February 28, 2025 (Hong Kong Time) are eligible for the bonus US$5 coupons.
- The single order amount must be equal to or greater than US$50 (excluding shipping and handling costs), or equivalent amount in Hong Kong dollars for Hong Kong and Macau orders, to be eligible for the bonus US$5 coupons.
- Orders cannot be combined to gain eligibility.
- Orders amounting to less than US$50 because of items changed or cancelled by the customer will not be eligible for the bonus coupons. If items are cancelled by YesAsia.com due to availability issues, the order will still be eligible for the coupon offer.
- If a coupon is used towards the order, the final post-coupon amount must be equal to or greater than US$50 (excluding shipping and handling costs) to be eligible for the bonus US$5 coupons.
- One (1) US$5 coupon with no minimum purchase requirement and one (1) US$5 coupon with US$25 minimum purchase requirement will be issued with each eligible order.
- The coupon with US$25 minimum purchase requirement can only be applied to orders whose order amount is equal to or greater than US$25 (excluding shipping and handling fees).
- US$5 coupon will be converted to equivalent amount in Hong Kong dollars according to YesAsia.com's internal exchange rate when applied to orders settled in Hong Kong dollars.
- The coupons are valid for 60 days from date of issue.
- The coupons are applicable on all YesAsia.com products except selected limited items.
- The coupons will show automatically in the "Credit & Coupon" sections of your YesAsia Account within one week of the date your order is completely fulfilled and shipped out.
- The coupons are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or YesAsia Credit.
- Only one coupon can be used per order.
- No refund or YesAsia Credit will be issued if the coupon is applied to an order that amounts to less than US$5.
- YesAsia.com is not responsible for any undelivered or returned email. Please verify email address information and ensure that the email filter accepts YesAsia.com correspondence.
- Returned items will not be counted towards the US$50 minimum order total requirement. If order total falls below US$50 due to item return and the customer has already been issued coupons, YesAsia.com reserves the right to deduct the value of the coupons from the customer's YesAsia Credit.
- If any differences exist between the English terms and conditions and other language versions, then the English version shall prevail.
- YesAsia.com reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without notice. Should there be any disputes, YesAsia.com's decision is final.
