Han Ji Min (The Age of Shadows), Choi Ri (Spirits' Homecoming), Kim Sung Ryung (The Target), Hwang Suk Jung (Memoir of a Murderer) and Moon Sook (Tunnel) appear in supporting roles.

    Jo Ha (Lee Byung Hun) was once a famous boxing champion but he is now a day-to-day worker struggling to make ends meet. One day, he re-encounters his long-lost mother In Sook (Yoon Yeo Jeong), who left home 17 years ago to escape her abusive husband. Though Jo Ha is still resentful of his irresponsible mother, he decides to live with her in order to save money. He soon discovers that he has a half-brother called Jin Tae (Park Jung Min), who is an autistic savant. Jin Tae is good at playing video games and cooking instant noodles. What's more, he is a piano prodigy who can play songs by ear.

    Detective Hyun Soo (Im Si Wan) is sent to jail as an undercover to investigate a massive drug trafficking operation. The fearless and tough young cop soon wins the trust of cruel inmate leader Jae Jo (Sol Kyung Gu), a sidekick of mob boss Chairman Ko (Lee Kyung Young), and joins Ko's crime ring after his release from jail. The two men team up to fight for supremacy in the criminal underworld but their friendship is threatened when a terrible secret comes to light.

However, tough detective Ma Seok Do (Ma Dong Seok) is just as willing to use his fists to clean up his district.
