fripSide assemble! fripSide 20th Anniversary Festival 2023 -All Phases Assembled was at Pia Arena MM on January 8, 2024, to commemorate the 20th anniversary of fripSide's formation. In addition to producer Yaginuma Satoshi, the group's past and present vocalists gathered together including Phase 1's nao, Phase 2's Yoshino Nanjo and Phase 3's Uesugi Mao and Abe Hisayo. The live release includes footage of the performance with guest angela and behind-the-scenes footage.

This edition comes with a 52-page photobook and a replica backstage pass.
