Since debuting in Japan in 2008, FTIsland has kept up an active presence in Japanese music alongside their activities and releases in Korea. They've released many original songs in Japan that have become favorites among fans. The popular band is now bringing some of those songs back home with the FTIsland Japan Best All About album. This special album features the Korean versions of selected songs from FTIsland's Japanese releases, chosen by the members themselves. The tracks include Freedom from Rated FT, On My Way composed by Hong Ki, Last Love Song composed by Jong Hoon and Morning Coffee composed by Jae Jin.

This edition includes a random photo card.

FT아일랜드가 일본에서 발표했던 10곡을 엄선해 멤버들이 직접 한국어로 개사한 베스트 앨범 ‘ALL ABOUT’ 음원은 10월 2일 공개되고, 음반 발매는 6일 시작된다.

앨범 타이틀명 ‘ALL ABOUT’은 앨범에 수록된 음악이
‘나의 모든 것, 당신의 모든 것, 우리의 모든 것’이 되었으면 한다는 FT아일랜드의 바람을 담아 멤버들이 직접 지은 이름이다.

앨범에는 일본 3번째 정규 앨범 ‘RATED-FT’의 타이틀곡 ‘FREEDOM’과 이홍기 자작곡 ‘On My Way’,
최종훈 자작곡 ‘Last Love Song’, 이재진 자작곡 ‘Morning Coffee’ 등 멤버들의 자작곡이 대거 포함되어 있다.
