Rising stars Kitano Kie (Gegege no Kitaro 2) and Okada Masaki (Tennen Kokekko), who previously appeared in the drama Taiyo to Umi no Kyoshitsu together, play the film's young couple who face some tough decisions as high school graduation approaches and life tugs them in different directions. Set in rural Hokkaido, this picturesque coming-of-age romance also features a star-studded supporting cast that includes Narimiya Hiroki (Drop), Osawa Takao (Midnight Eagle), Mizobata Junpei (Thread of Destiny), Naka Riisa (Cafe Isobe), and Shiraishi Miho (Swing Girls).
