March 25, 2011 I am Music
I received my copy of this musical yesterday and I just watched Disc 1 today.
Junsu was simply mind-blowing on this DVD. I didn't see just Kim Junsu on stage. I saw Xiahzart, and Junsu embraced his character so wonderfully to the point where I actually got teary when he sang some of the songs. Watching Junsu on this DVD makes me feel so proud of him, and he has so much talent and charisma。
The packaging of this DVD was great! It comes with a lovely photobook of Junsu and two discs. The English subtitles are okay, but during Elizabeth, the subtitles sort of disappeared at some point.
Nonetheless, if you love Junsu and you love musicals, you need to buy this!

February 2, 2011 Love it ^^
My copy came this morning and I was so happy to get it. I love all the songs in this mini album, and what makes it even more special is the fact that JYJ themselves personally composed these songs.
Mission is perhaps my favourite since it's such an upbeat song, and it's a song that is full of energy. Yoochun's rapping is absolutely hot in Mission, and of course JaeSu is wonderful as well. Junsu is a genius for composing this song.
Nine is beyond beautiful. Jaejoong has this habit of blowing fans away with the beautiful ballads he composes and it's a song that pulls at your heartstrings.
Yoochun's untitled song is full of emotions. When I first listened to it, I can't help but feel overwhelmed with the emotion in this song. Yoochun rapping is hot and full of emotion, and you have JaeSu blowing you away with their flawless vocals.
Pierrot, IDS as well as Fallen Leaves are wonderful as well ^^
The planner/diary is cute and it also comes with 4 bookmarks.

My Jaejoong photobook arrived today! This photobook is absolutely beautiful, and I am so glad I bought it, despite it's price. It comes in a white box which is quite sturdy, and the photobook is really HQ. It's pretty heavy as well, and after you take out the photobook from the box, you will see the postcards as well as the DVD.
I watched the DVD this afternoon, and the English subtitles were great! It was fun watching Jaejoong pose for the various photoshoots, and some scenes are just HOT. You also get to see some dorky moments from Jaejoong as well, which are incredibly cute ^^
It also comes with a HUGE poster. And when I say huge, I mean HUGE! The poster comes in a tube, so it's protected and Jaejoong's gaze is fierce <3 It's so beautiful.
The photos in the photobook range from rocker Jaejoong to a dorky, casual Jaejoong, and there are also some topless photos of Jaejoong as well. If you're a Jaejoong fan, you can't not buy this. It's a must have!

November 6, 2010 Good Album
I received this normal edition along with the special edition the other day, but I forgot to write a review on it. This edition comes with one CD and this thin/glossy photobook. It comes in this rectangular box, so it's quite sturdy and the photos in the photobook are also pretty.
I love the songs in this album, especially Be my Girl and Empty, along with I can Soar and Ayyy girl. This is a good start for the boys, and I am proud of them <3
What is even better is that we now know what they are singing along, and we can also sing along with them in English =]

November 4, 2010 AWESOME!
Mine just arrived just then! I was so excited when I heard the doorbell ring. It came in this big cardboard box with a lot of bubble wrap! I also ordered the normal edition and it came together with the special edition and the poster as well.
The album is so beautiful. My hands were literally shaking when I opened it. When you open it, you will see this CD, and on the top part, you see 'JYJ' name in silver. Then you lift up the flap and tada~ there is the photobook and the postcards. The postcards are HUGE and they are so pretty and glossy! I am going to frame it up ^^ The postcards are the same size as the photobook!
The poster is HUGE as well~ <3
The t-shirt is nice as well. The fabric is soft and I think it is a one size fit all type of t-shirt.
Now, onto the songs. As the the songs, I love most of them.
My favourite tracks are ayyy girl, Empty and be my girl. I also like Junsu's I can soar because it's so pretty and also Be the One <3
Empty is extremely catchy. It has an incredible beat and the boys pulled it off really well. Be the Girl always makes me smile when I listen to it, and of course, it being composed by Rodney Jerkins, made it incredibly epic as well. I didn't like ayyy girl at first, but for some odd reason, it has grew on me and now I am listening to it on repeat.
Support the boys and overall I am elastic to be an owner of this special album. On yeah, your special code will be inside the photobook ^^

September 15, 2010 Beyond words
There is no words to describe how beautiful this concert is. It was simply breath-taking to watch the three members of Tohoshinki lay their hearts out on the stage for the fans to see. I thought this concert will be filled with sadness and I prepared my heart for it, but to my utter delight, the boys made the best of it, and it was filled with so much fun and laughter as well. There were tears, but there were also laughters and fun and lots of teasing between the members.
They started off the concert with the song 'Itsudatte Kimi Ni' and Jaejoong's voice rang loud and clear throughout the whole stadium. His voice was so rich, and soon he was joined by Junsu and Yoochun and their harmony was simply beautiful. You can see the tears in their eyes as they were singing, but the boys stayed strong and held them in. After Itsudatte Kimi Ni was Shelter, and shelter was simply beyond words. It was intense and soulmates pulled off a perfect performance. I was on the edge of my seat.
I love love love the talk segments because the members were so playful and it was full of teasing as well. They played with the fans and teased them and they teased each other a lot as well. Although I only understood a bit of what they were saying, I laughed out loud a lot of times.
I'm not going to go through the entire concert, but I will highlight the songs which had the most impact. Colors~Melody and Harmony was so love. I was grinning from ear to ear while watching it because Soulmates were just love! They sang the la la la la la la part with the fans, and you could see how happy they were. Near the end Jaejoong and Yoochun kept on repeating the line 'like a melody and harmony in love' until Junsu came on stage and said something to them. Then they made him sing that line with them and it was funny when Soulmates walked off. Then Junsu announced that it was 'Junsu Time' and there were a lot of teasing and mucking around on stage as well.
Long way was sung beautifully. Before they sang get ready, the boys taught the fans some dance/chant moves and it was pretty cool as well.
Intoxication was HOT. Junsu owned the stage then, and it was simply omg hotness. Jaejoong and Yoochun danced in the extended bit of Intoxication and it was totally sexy.
W was the last song they sang, and it made me cry. I didn't cry until the last song and this performance of W is simply beyond words. You will have to watch it yourself. The boys were reluctant to leave the stage, and Jaejoong and Junsu cried at the end. It was so sad.
I love how they thanked all the Tohodancers and the live band <3 it was so sweet.
This concert is beautiful and it is definitely worth it.

September 15, 2010 Wonderful
I was deciding whether or not to get this version, since I already bought version A, but I am so glad I did. I normally don't like remixes, but this time, the remixes were really well done. In my opinion, the best remix is Long Way. I am in love with it. W (The big sky in the east ver.) has violins in the background and it's also very pretty. And as for Get Ready, the remix is 8 minutes long and it's fun of power and fun.
Itsudatte Kimi Ni's remix was a bit weird to me, but maybe that is just me.
They also include the Live versions the boys sang in the Dome, and you would notice some difference from the CD version.

September 15, 2010 Beautiful
My copy of this mini-album finally arrived today! The songs in this album is simply beautiful, and if you have read the translation of the lyrics, you will realise how heart-felt and beautiful the lyrics are as well.
1. Itsudatte kimi Ni: This song is absolutely gorgeous. It has this sweet sadness to it, and the melody is gentle. The boys' vocals were brilliant as always. What I really love about this song is how it is so easy on the ears, and if you are tired or stressed, this song is really gentle and it smooths you. If I can describe this song in one word, it would be 'pretty.'
2. Get Ready: Strangely, this song is rather addictive. It's a dance song and its so full of energy. It's fun to sing along with the boys, and if you listen carefully, you can hear Junsu do his famous dolphin squeak at one point. This is an energy song and it is one that will make you smile. Jaejoong does this epic screaming ablibs near the end and its just wonderful.
3. Long Way: This is perhaps my favourite in the album. It's not heart-breaking sad like W and it doesn't have that sweet sadness like Itsudatte. It has this sense of adventure and fun to it, and yet, the melodies are gentle and the boys voices shone brightly in this. It sounds like the boys are on this journey somewhere, and its simply beautiful. The lyrics are wonderful as well. My favourite line in this song is 'I promise not to forget.'
4. W: This breaks my heart. Every single time I listen to it, I will feel compelled to cry. It's so passionate and you can really hear the boys' emotions in this song. Everything they have been wanting to say this past year is conveyed in this beautiful song. You can hear the pain in their voices, you can feel their heartache, and yet, they are holding strong and moving forward, because they have us, their fans (both Cassiopeia and Big East), and this song has so much hope in it.
In first pressed editions, you get postcards! And what I really like about the postcards this time is that they include the signatures of the boys! I am sure they are printed on, but its a nice change ~
Jaejoong, Junsu and Yoochun, I feel so proud of them <3 Always Keep the Faith

May 12, 2010 Cute
This book measures about 15cm x 17 cm!
I just received mine today and I thought I would write a review on it. If you love TVXQ and you're a TVXQ collector, then you must add this to your list.
About 3/4 of the book are filled with photos, with the 1/4 of the books filled with Japanese writing.
The pages are HQ and they aren't thin or anything. Each page is quite thick and it has this nice rough texture.
The photos included include group photos from their performances from their Mirotic Concert, Secret Code Tour, 2009 A-Nation and also when the boys performed at the end of year Japanese music award shows last year. There is one segment dedicated to the group, and each member also have their own sections as well ^^
There were a few stalker photos too LOL
It is nice to add to your collection and there are photos have I have never seen before as well.
Hope that helped. And besides, it's not too expensive ^^

April 21, 2010 Nice collection
I just received mine today, took a bit longer than expected for it to come, but it was worth the wait.
I am quite sure the HK version of this is the same as the Japanese version, just at a cheaper price.
If you haven't bought any of their albums, then I guess this will be a really nice and precious dvd of the boys to add to your collection. It has all their Japanese MVs from their debut days in Japan up until their Break Out Mv. It's a shame that their Toki wo Tomete MV wasn't included since this was released before then, but it's still a really nice collection or old fans or nice fans.
The dvd is simple. Just a dvd case with one dvd, and there is also this one sheet inside the dvd that lists all the mvs that are included in the dvd. I haven't watched it yet, although I have already seen most of their mvs already, but I did test out the dvd and it works perfect.

April 4, 2010 Good Concert
I got this concert ages ago, but I forgot to write a review of it. Compared to their Japanese concerts, this one was of a lower standard. All of their Japanese concerts were flawness, the live singing, the dancing, the audience, the stage, the cameras, lighting and etc, so when I watched this, it was really enjoyable, but their Japanese concerts are a lot better in terms of showcasing their amazing talent.
The first three songs were lip-synced. You can totally tell when the boys aren't singing live because they are just so bad at it. LOL. I guess they are too used to singing live. But the rest of the concert was definitely live, and the boys did an amazing blend of ballads and dance songs. It really amazes me how they can switch from intense dancing one minute and pure vocals the next. My favourite ballad performance is Insa and LITI, they were sang so beautifully, and by God, do the boys sound like a choir, especially in Insa.
The audience interaction is totally amazing, though Cassies were so loud! All I can hear was screaming, but the boys seem to enjoy it, and they looked like they had loads of fun! If you have watched their Japanese concerts, Big East is more calm and I guess its because of the cultural difference. It was nice seeing the boys interact with Cassies ^^
The boys had great chemistry on stage, with each other, the dancers and the audience.
I especially love their Hug (rock version ) performance, because it was funny how all the members started to molest the Maknae when he was trying to sing his part. Jaejoong ended up on the floor hugging Changmin's legs LOL And then they all ran off laughing Hahahaha
Cute concert. Great dancing. Great vocals. Pure talent.
Toki wo Tomete (Jacket B)(Japan Version)March 30, 2010 Sweet
I found this on my table when I got home today!
Although this is not their best ballad (I mean, how can you possibly beat Love in the Ice or Bolero?), this melody has a really sweet and soothing melody and the lyrics are really heartfelt. This ballad isn't meant to be a powerful ballad like LITI or Bolero (the ad-libs in those are so heart-rending and powerful), instead, this ballad is simply sweet and comforting.
When I get home from a rough day, and I put this song on, I feel comforted and at peace. I think this is what makes toki wo tomete so different from their other ballads. And did I mention that SoulFighter's harmonisation in this song is simply epic?
Their vocals are excellent, as expected, and Jaejoong's extended ab-lib at the end always gives me goosebumps!
This edition comes with a 12 page booklet! It's really pretty to look at ^^ Though why did they make Jaejoong pink? Hahaha. It also comes with a postcard! I got tender-hearted Yoochunnie <3
Best Selection 2010 (Jacket B)(CD+DVD)(Taiwan Version)(1)1 people found this review helpful
March 10, 2010 Pretty~
I received this a few days ago, and it's so beautiful. Looks-wise, Version B looks better than Version A, and the booklet in Version B is also different from Version A. There were more photos of the boys in the booklet of Version B, and the photos were more stunning ^^ The whiteness of the CD case and the booklet gave this album a very refreshing feel, and when I opened it the CD, it was so pretty inside.
I watched the DVD that came with this yesterday night. It's basically just karaoke selections of the boys' best songs. At first, there were no voices singing, and just lyrics on the screen, but there is an option you can press to put the boys' voices back on. It's good for karaoke if you like singing, but I just watched it like a compilation of their performances and MVs. The lyrics on the screen was kind of annoying though, since its so big, and it sometimes blocked their faces, but then again, the purpose of this DVD is for karaoke use.
The songs speak for themselves~ And it consists songs of their best Japanese hits. It doesn't include the members' own selection of songs or the three new songs though~
Again, if you haven't got Version A, buy that first since the DVD in Version A is epic awesomeness, and there are extra songs in there. AVEX did a fine job in putting the DVD live together for Version A.
Dong Bang Shin Ki "Best Selection 2010" Original Poster (Hong Kong Version)(3)Our Price: US$10.99March 6, 2010 Beautiful Poster
This poster is beautiful. I love it so much, and Jun-Chan really stands out in this poster. The poster is quite big, and its very HQ! The paper isn't that thick and it is a bit thin, but the quality is really good.
The members look great, especially Junsu and Changmin ^^
It's already up on my wall ^^
Best Selection 2010 (Jacket A)(2CD+DVD+Poster)(Japan Version)(5)Our Price: US$56.25March 4, 2010 with all my heart
I forgot to add that they have three new songs in this best album, 'tokiwo tomete,' 'with all my heart' and 'endless sweet.'
I personally love 'with all my heart' and it has been on repeat for a while now. There is just something about that song that makes you want to cry when you listen to it. They sang so passionately and with so much emotion in that song, and it really does touches one's heart. My brother on the other hand prefers Tokiwo tomete, and that is another beautiful ballad as well.

March 4, 2010 Best Selection
Finally! Mine arrived today~ The shipping took longer than expected, maybe because it was during CYN.
Anyways, the poster is absolutely gorgeous, and it is pretty big as well! It's high quality, but just be a bit careful because the paper is a bit thin. If anyone is wondering which version of the poster it is, it's Version E! It's so beautiful, and I already put it up on my wall. Jun-chan really stands out on that poster for some reason, maybe because of his charismatic expression lol
Although the cover looks quite depressing because none of the boys are smiling, the content is what matters right? The song list is amazing, and it includes their best Japanese hits. I love most of the songs on the CDs, particularly the members' own personal choice. Jaejoong chose 'Love in the Ice' and I sort of spazzed because that's my favourite song, and he's my favourite member ^^
I am happy with the members' choice of songs, though I did wish that Yoochun had chosen 'Proud' instead of 'Shine,' but I guess Shine is an upbeat and happy song to listen to, and I suppose that's why he chose it.
I haven't watched the DVD content yet though, so I can't comment on that, but from what I heard, its snippets of performances they did during their 4 concert tours in Japan ^^
First press comes with a postcard ^^ I got Yunho =D
As for how the CD and DVD itself looks like. CD 1 has the number '20' on it, and CD2 has the number '10' on it, and the the DVD, Tohoshinki' is written on it.
The only thing that I was a little disappointed about was that 'Proud' and 'Darkness Eyes' weren't included in their best selection! I personally feel that those two songs should be included, but they weren't.
Break Out! (Japan Version)January 24, 2010 Awesome~
I honestly can't wait until I get this single in my hands! I've been waiting for so long.
I must admit that when I first heard the 'preview' of Break Out, I wasn't that impressed since I have always been a ballad person. But, when I heard the full song, omg, it sounds so HOT! It's insanely catchy. I don't know what makes it so catchy, but I sometimes find myself listening to this song on repeat! Not to mention that the boys look darn hot! The PV itself is really really dark, but it has a very powerful concept, and I can't help but feel that it reflects the boys' current situation now.
The lyrics are extremely meaningful, especially at a time like this, and I suppose that is what makes this single really special. I wish they had a dance for this song, but who knows? Maybe they will surprised us ^^
I really hope that we can achieve the 500K project and show TVXQ! how much we love them.
Like Junsu said on Big East Station, Break Out is Sold Out!
Dong Bang Shin Ki - The 3rd Asia Tour Concert "Mirotic" In Shanghai 2009 - T-Shirt (White)(4)Our Price: US$44.99List: US$58.99Save: US$14.00 (23%)January 19, 2010 Beautiful
I got this T-Shirt the other day, but I didn't have time to write a review on it. The T-shirt is beautiful!
It has like these purple jewel things it on which forms the Mirotic cube, and the fabric is quite good too ^^
It looks really good when you wear jeans and just the T-shirt, and the M cube is really big! I was actually surprised by the size of it.
I must admit that I was hesitant on whether or not I should buy this, but I am glad that I got it because I love it so much, and plus its a limited edition item as well.

October 9, 2009 Awesome~!
I received this from the postman yesterday and watched it today with a friend. This concert is simply awesome. There is no words to describe how I feel about this concert, and this is perhaps their best concert thus far.
The concert opened with a blast and Secret Game was just the perfect song to start the concert off with a bang!~
This concert definitely showed off the boys' talent, and it is just so amazing how they could perform intense dance songs, as well as beautiful ballads. Their ballads were simply mind-blowing, and the boys' harmonisation and their voices is EPIC! The raw emotions on their faces which were captured through their voices left which gave me goosebumps.
I love this concert so much and also the boys ^^ And the crowd was simply amazing ^^
