The live and feelings of four women intertwine in Ice Cream Fever, the directorial debut of art director Chihara Tetsuya. Based on a short story by Kawakami Mieko, the film stars Yoshioka Riho, Motola Serena, Utaha and Matsumoto Marika.

Art school graduate Natsumi (Yoshioka Riho) got a job at a design company after graduating art school, but it didn't work out. Now she works as a part-time manager at an ice cream shop. One day, writer Saho (Mottola Serina) starts coming to the shop, and Natsumi can't get Saho out of her mind. Takako (Utaha), a teenaged part-time worker at the shop, watches Natsumi's changing behavior with complicated feelings. Meanwhile, Yu (Matsumoto Marika), who lives near the ice cream shop, suddenly receives a visit from her estranged sister's daughter (Minami Kotona) who is searching for her father.
