A missing person mysteriously returns home after 25 years in Intruder! Kim Moo Yeol (The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil) leads a mystery thriller again three years after Forgotten, while Song Ji Hyo (Unstoppable) takes on the genre for the first time on the silver screen. Produced by B.A. Entertainment (whose previous works include The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil, Unstoppable and The Outlaws), Intruder also co-stars Ye Soo Jung (Herstory), Choi Sang Hoon (The Twins), Lee Hae Woon (Kim Ji-Young, Born 1982) and Choi Young Woo (Juror 8). This mystery thriller is written and directed by Son Won Pyung (A Two-Way Monologue).
Seo Jin (Kim Moo Yeol), who just lost his wife in an accident not long ago, receives a call from his long-lost sister Yoo Jin (Song Ji Hyo). While the whole family feels happy about her return, Seo Jin feels uncomfortable with her, especially when she acts close to him. He becomes suspicious about Yoo Jin's existence and finds out the secret behind these happenings.

半年前、目の前で起きた轢き逃げ事件で妻を亡くしたソジンは、ひとり娘のイェナを連れて年老いた両親と実家で暮らしていた。そんなソジンの元に、２５年前に行方不明になった妹のユジンが見つかったとの連絡が入る。妹と名乗り出たその女はＤＮＡ鑑定でも血縁関係が証明され、両親は二度と会えないと思っていた娘の出現に喜び、イェナも優しく美しいユジンに懐くようになる。しかし、ソジンだけが不穏な空気を感じ取り、長年実家で働く家政婦のファンにユジンを探るように頼み込むが、ファンはユジンと出掛けた後に突然退職を願い出て消息不明となってしまう。そして、ユジンの知り合いの夫婦が新しい家政婦として実家に住み込むようになるが。
