The documentary film realistically and profoundly depicted Jiao Yulu, secretary of Lankao county Party committee of Henan, who, defying the threatening of a liver disorder, led the local people to control hazards of sandstorms, waterlogging, saline and alkaline land. Unfortunately, his illness took a turn for the worse and died while at work. This film pays a tribute to him who will live in the heart of Lankao people for good.
