Based on Mitsuyaomi's short story Kimi ni Hikari wo, the romantic melodrama marks the directorial debut of photographer-turned-filmmaker Amiy Mori. Toda plays Natsuki, a young woman burdened with the responsibility of caring for her autistic brother. After 11 years apart, she reunites with her childhood sweetheart Souta. Just as happiness slowly enters Natsuki's life again, a tragic turn of fate threatens to tear the young lovers apart once more.
