Continuing from Ano Koro no Kimi wo Mitsuketa, Hayashi Mirei, the youngest member of AKB48 Group, again serves as the center for SKE48's 29th single Kokoro ni Flower. Sakamoto Marin and Hirano Momona also make the senbatsu lineup for the first time. Kokoro ni Flower is a refreshing, uptempo and soothing song about living with a heart as pure and beautiful as a flower. The song is performed with a "Dera flower dance" choreographed by akane. Each edition of the single comes with a different B-side track.

This edition comes with Oba Mina's graduation song Umarekawatte mo as B-side track. It includes a DVD with two music videos and special footage.
