이홍기는 데뷔 9년 만에 첫 번째 미니앨범 ‘FM302’를 발표하고 본격적인 솔로 활동에 나선다. ‘FM302’는 라디오의 주파수 변조방식인 FM과 이홍기의 생일인 3월 2일을 합친 단어로, 각각 다른 라디오 주파수마다 다양한 자신의 음악들이 세상에 울려퍼진다는 의미를 담았다. 타이틀곡 ‘눈치 없이’는 이홍기의 애절한 음색과 호소력 짙은 목소리를 살린 발라드로, 헤어진 연인을 잊지 못하는 남자의 가슴 아픈 마음을 대변하고 있다.
