Established by a group of idealistic young people, creative agency 21 was always going to be a tumultuous affair. At its helm is the talented but cynical Ma Liang (Danson Tang, Murphy's Law Of Love). He's the business partner of the beautiful, wealthy and sharply intelligent Ye Man Ling (Choo Ja Hyun, Hu Xian), who, against her better judgement, has fallen for him. This spurs the deep jealousy of Bai Gang (Chen Hao, Heroes In Sui & Tang Dynasty), who's long been in love with Man Ling.
