Director Jung Da Won (Garak Market Revolution) raises awareness about sexual crimes against women and police negligence through the action comedy, which also includes Yoon Sang Hyun (A Dynamite Family), Choi Soo Young (Memories of a Dead End), Yeom Hye Ran (Innocent Witness) and Wi Ha Joon (Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum). Appearing in her first silver screen leading role, Lee Sung Kyung received a Special Popularity Award at the 24th Chunsa Film Art Awards.

Due to the increasing number of crimes targeting women, the police decide to reinforce the special task force with female team members. Former police detective Park Mi Young (Ra Mi Ran) takes up duties in the public service center after marriage. Her sister-in-law Jo Ji Hye (Lee Sung Kyung), a police detective who is notorious for being a troublemaker, also gets demoted to the public service center. They work together to investigate a suicide case, only to discover a website where people upload spy cam and sex tapes of unconscious women to earn money. They have 48 hours to catch the offenders before the videos are spread online.
