Set in a world in which zombies can be traded and sold like commodities, Miss Zombie follows one zombie – once a beautiful woman named Sara (Komatsu Ayaka) – that suffers through sexual abuse at the hand of the family patriarch and physical abuse by the jealous matriarch. Shot in stark black and white, Miss Zombie turns the zombie formula on its head with a story that depicts humans as the true monsters.
